ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Adam Zolotovsky. I am a senior at Brookline Highschool. I am passionate about creative engineering and hands-on project-based education. I am excited about robots and competitions and for two years built industrial-size robots as a mechanical engineering group member at Nutrons, First Robotics team at Northeastern University. I built robots to play dodgeball and navigate space, and mentor middle school kids to build Lego robots. I love innovation and spent my summers at NuVu, The Cambridge School for Innovation. I took studios in creative engineering, innovation, and entrepreneurship, such as Flying Bots, Wearable Technology, and Social Robots. Biking has always been a big part of my life and I work at a local employee-owned bike shop Laundry’s. I love to work with my hands, and all aspects of my job -- building and fixing bikes, talking with customers, and being a part of a community. I love having a real job and being part of a team. In college, I’d like to focus on solving real-world problems with engineering. I am most interested in how to use energy, materials, and innovation to preserve and save our environment.
